Job Descriptions:
The M&E Assistant will support the design and implementation of monitoring tools, conduct field-level data collection, and ensure quality reporting for the project. This role ensures accountability, learning, and compliance with donor requirements.
TOR:
Assist in developing monitoring tools and beneficiary feedback mechanisms
Regularly monitor and evaluate the activities of the project to make sure they are aligned and going according to the plans and that the targets will be achieved as per the defined indicators
Conduct regular monitoring visits to distribution and training sites
Collect and verify quantitative and qualitative data from the field
Support Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) and surveys
Enter and clean M&E data using Excel or other tools
Report key findings and issues to the M&E Officer for action
Assist in analyzing data for reporting and learning purposes
Maintain proper documentation and files of all M&E data and reports
Provide data and information to the supervisor for developing M&E reports
Consult and conduct interviews with the project participants to assess their level of satisfaction of the services provided by the AWRO field team
Identify and collect success stories
Record observations and report findings to the supervisor
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Law/Politics, Social Science, or related field or high school diploma with additional two years of experience
At least 1 years of M&E experience in NGO or humanitarian projects
Good data collection and analysis skills
Familiarity with Jawzjan province is preferred
Good knowledge of Excel and mobile data collection tools
