Job Descriptions:
The Data Collector/Distributor will be responsible for taking active part in house-to-house assessments, collecting accurate beneficiary information, and assisting with the distribution of in-kind food and agricultural inputs in the field.
TOR:
Conduct household surveys and registration of beneficiaries
Verify beneficiary data and update records as needed
Support preparation and organization of distribution points
Ensure proper crowd control and fair distribution procedures
Record and report distribution data accurately and promptly
Assist in collecting beneficiary feedback during and after distributions
Coordinate closely with community elders and stakeholders
Assist with conducting community mobilization
File out project participants’ and project documents
Assist the team with preparation of project participants database, tokens, and distribution lists
Collect data from the project participants
Analyze and classifying data
Compile and reporting data to the supervisor
Cross-checking of the tokens
Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
High school graduate (Bachelor's preferred)
Prior experience with data collection or humanitarian distributions
Good communication skills in Dari, Pashtu, and Uzbek
Honest, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Familiarity with target districts of Jawzjan province
