JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Sales Officer plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of Muslim English Language Institute (MELI) through innovative digital marketing strategies. This position holder is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital sales plans, attracting online leads, and converting them into paying students.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to attract potential students through various social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and other online channels.
• Conversion Optimization: Create and optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and user experiences to maximize conversion rates and drive student enrollment.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to manage and nurture leads, track student progress, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Data Analysis: Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify trends and optimize digital marketing strategies.
• Sales Team Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide necessary support for closing deals.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, including key metrics, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Adherence to MELI policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and productive working experience.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
