Job Descriptions:

Position Summary:

The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging motion graphics for various projects.
The role includes tasks such as videography, video editing, setting up and operating cameras, lighting, backdrops, and other props required for shoots.
The candidate will also assist in managing social media platforms by producing engaging visual content and supporting content scheduling and engagement tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Media team to discuss ideas and concepts for motion graphics.
  • Design and create high-quality motion graphics that align with the organization's branding and communication goals.
  • Use software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools to create visually captivating animations and effects.
  • Work closely with the videography team to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video projects.
  • Plan, script, design, transport, set up, and operate production equipment, branding materials, audio, and lighting equipment for studio production.
  • Ensure that all equipment (camera, microphone, branding materials, etc.) needed for a shoot is present and in working order.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of post-production techniques, including color grading and sound design.
  • Support videography tasks including shooting, editing, and producing video content for various platforms.
  • Managing the organization’s social media platforms by creating engaging visual content, scheduling posts, and tracking engagement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques in motion graphics design.
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
  • High School certificate, Bachelor's degree in Graphic Designing, Computer Science or related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Must have strong knowledge of motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
