Step to Brightness of Afghanistan Organization (SBAO) is a national non-profit, non-governmental, non-political organization that registered with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan in 2019 with registration number (4852) to build a brighter future for the community by envisions a balanced, educated, protected, developed well aware socially, culturally and politically free from discrimination, violence division, and any socio-economic inequalities among citizens. SBAO is one of the strongest NGO in observing, supporting and performing social national activities in Afghanistan. The organization established with the mission of addressing challenge, redefine development in Afghanistan by promoting a dynamic and capable society as a means to foster local ownership of development, dignity and a peaceful & sustainable future for all Afghans. SBAO has been playing a great role in encouragement and support of women, men and youths to participate in the social, political and culture events for the community development and sustainable future of emerging democracy of Afghanistan.SBAO ‘s main focuses are on education, health, peace building, livelihood, women’s and youth’s empowerment.

Step to Brightness of Afghanistan Organization (SBAO) is seeking experienced and passionate trainers to lead two separate training programs: one for Graphic Design and another for Soft Skills Development. The ideal candidates will possess the ability to inspire, educate, and equip participants with essential skills to advance their careers.

1. Graphic Design Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and update course materials that cover Computer skills (Microsoft package, graphic design Photoshop, Coral Draw, Illustrator, delivering engaging lectures, and practical sessions.
• Support trainees develop, provide constructive feedback on trainees’ work, assess their progress, and help them improve their techniques and design thinking.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to provide relevant education and inform the trainees about industry standards, think creatively and critically about design challenges, emphasizing the importance of original concepts.

Qualifications:

1. • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field.
   • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design and training.
   • Proficient in graphic design software (Photoshop, Coral Draw, Illustrator)
   • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Office Package and Microsoft Windows
• Train CV writing, interview skills, online application skills and ensuring they gain proficiency and learn new technics, encourage teamwork through group.
• Support students in building soft skills such as communication, presentation, project management, and online application technics.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training or coaching in soft skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt training techniques to diverse audiences.
