Job Descriptions:
  • Vaccination according to policy.
  • Participation in National immunization days.
  • Proper request of Vaccine on monthly base.
  • Monthly reporting.
  • Conducting of Health Education session.
  • Achieving goal of EPI.      
  • Note: Measurement of standard of performance is based on judgment by the immediate supervisor on his/her own observation, feedback from the staff, and the community
