Job Summary:

In this regard, we have launched a program under the HELP Project Youth Component, aimed at hiring and developing young graduates. This initiative equips them with the necessary skills to succeed in future positions across various departments, while enhancing their employability in the local job market.
The program focuses on building a talent pool that is well-rounded, strengthening both technical abilities and essential behavioral/life skills. Additionally, it provides young individuals with the chance to refine their skills, share their experiences, and contribute meaningfully in a professional context.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and organization of training sessions, workshops, and other activities for youth development and education.
- Support the Education and Youth Development Officer in executing project activities and ensuring smooth program operations.
- Help collect and organize data on program participation, progress, and impact.
- Facilitate youth participation in project activities, encouraging active engagement and feedback.
- Provide logistical support for events, meetings, and training sessions, including preparing materials and coordinating schedules.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation related to program activities.
