ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Strict compliance with the rules established in the hospital.
The relevant import department, the division of duties of employees, their supervision and control
Ensuring the supply of health services according to the national standards in different sectors and providing IEC in all sectors.
Diagnosis, treatment and care of pediatric patients and regulation of their care
Assisting in the accurate tracking of the registry system and the tracking of treatment and information gathering and unifying the HMIS monthly reports.
- Creating a correct regression system for events that require regression
- Immediate identification and reporting of any problem that hinders the achievement of program goals.
- Participation in the planning and implementation of training during the execution of duties for the relevant employees.
- Regular and daily monitoring of the work of employees and related administrative affairs.
- Supervision of the proper filling of medical documents, patient files.
- Timely resolution of problems in related medical and administrative matters.
- Active participation to coordinate affairs and raise the quality of health services at the hospital level.
- Advancing and setting breakfast reports and planning meetings with relevant incoming personnel to improve skills.
- Creating an atmosphere of intimacy, trust, mutual respect and discipline between personnel.
- Arranging educational programs in cooperation with the training department
- Obedience to superior orders and related orders in the performance of any type of official duties employed.
