Job Title: Regional/ Area Sales Manager
Reports to: Sales Head / Sales Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Afghanistan. The Ideal candidate will have a proven take record in sales management, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Development: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and expand market presence.
Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Conduct on ground marketing activities.
- Manage existing Dealers & create New Business Partners.
