Job Overview:
The creative director is charged with determining the best ways for us to visually represent our company’s identity and play an essential role in the marketing, creative, communications and digital departments. He is responsible for leading their team, developing creative guidelines and directing creative work, including print collateral, websites, email campaigns, television and radio advertising, and many related tasks. It's very much a people-oriented job, involving development of high-level concepts for design projects. It also involves working with internal and external clients, pitching designs, and understanding client needs. At times, we require him/her to develop visual designs and required concepts.
Job Description:
- Lead brainstorming sessions and concept development to generate fresh and innovative ideas for client campaigns and productions.
- Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution across all deliverables.
- Present creative concepts, pitches, and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering creative solutions that drive results and exceed expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of writers, designers, and other team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and professional growth.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure the team delivers high-quality work on time and within scope.
- Oversee all aspects of production, including pre-production, production, and post-production, ensuring creative consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate with producers, cinematographers and other project team members to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Review and approve all creative deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations and brand standards.
- Develop concepts, stories, scripts for production projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and audience preferences to keep our work fresh and relevant.
- Identify opportunities to push creative boundaries and elevate the quality of our productions.
- Develop strategies to differentiate our work in a competitive market.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage external vendors or freelancers as needed.
- Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of creativity, storytelling, and production quality.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team to maintain excellence.
- Perform any other tasks assgined by supervisor.
