Job Descriptions:

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and compile monthly HMIS reports.
Prepare and compile quarterly, semi-annual, and annual technical reports.
Update and closely monitor the database system.
Collaborate with the hospital's administrative department.
Install, develop, and maintain the hospital network.
Maintain and safeguard all IT equipment in the hospital.
Regularly back up the database, financial, and administrative systems installed in the hospital.
Coordinate with the nursing and pharmacy departments.
Develop daily, monthly, and annual work plans.
Participate in all tasks assigned by the hospital administration.
Adhere to all standards and regulations set by the hospital.
Follow attendance protocols as per the work schedule and organizational policies.
Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on work performance as per the established plan.
Perform additional duties as required by the management.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Database & Software Engineering.
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience, preferably in the health sector.
Experience working with HMIS.
Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
Proficient in Dari, Pashto, and English.
