Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Engineer – Field Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be Cisco CCNA certified or higher, possess strong troubleshooting abilities, and demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, traveling to 34 provinces across Afghanistan for assignments, and preparing detailed logs and reports. Additionally, the Network Engineer will be responsible for system installation and operations, ensuring smooth and reliable network functionality.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly and efficiently.

2. System Installation and Operation:

Install, configure, and operate network systems, hardware, and software.
Ensure all systems meet company standards and security requirements.

3. Travel and On-Site Support:

Travel outside the city to various provinces for network-related assignments and installations.
Provide on-site technical support as needed to maintain seamless network operations.

4. Log and Report Preparation:

Maintain accurate records of network activities, incidents, and resolutions.
Prepare and submit detailed logs and performance reports.

5. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other engineers and IT staff to achieve departmental goals.
Share knowledge and assist colleagues in resolving complex network issues.

6. Communication:

Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
Provide clear and concise updates on network-related projects and issues.
