Haji Mohammad Nader Khapalwak Ltd was established by national businessman Haji Mohammad Nader Khapalwak in Kandahar in 1989. In the initial years, the company operated as an importing firm, focusing on importing agricultural machinery, equipment, and goods. After many years of hard work and tireless efforts, along with the economic development and aspirations of the country, the company established a production division in 2015 to manufacture agricultural machinery and equipment. Since its establishment, the company has produced hundreds of agricultural machines for Afghan farmers.
Additionally, it is important to mention that Haji Mohammad Nader Khapalwak Ltd is the exclusive and monopolized distributor of TAFE India in Afghanistan, importing various types of agricultural tractors to support local farmers.
Under the corporate governance system of HMK, there are two companies. The parent company, Haji Mohammad Nader Khapalwak Ltd, is incorporated in Afghanistan with the Ministry of Commerce and Industries and is principally engaged in importing and exporting farm equipment. Its subsidiary, Haji Mohammad Nader Khapalwak Production Company, is also incorporated in Afghanistan with the Ministry of Commerce and Industries and is primarily focused on manufacturing farm equipment within the country.
