Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business administration.
- 3- 5 years Proven experience in related field
- Solid experience of working in collaborative environment
- Ability to influence others within the organisation while being open to other people’s views through negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and monitoring internal procedures for adherence to regulations and policies related to projects.
- Fluency in English and the national languages is must.
- Experience in the NGO Sector is preferred.
