Presales Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored network solutions.
2. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts (PoC) to clients.
3. Design network architecture and solutions based on customer requirements, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, and wireless networks.
4. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, including high-level designs (HLD) and bills of materials (BOM).
5. Respond to RFPs/RFQs by creating comprehensive technical responses.
6. Act as a technical consultant during customer meetings, addressing inquiries and concerns.
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest networking technologies, industry trends, and vendor certifications.

IT and Network Responsibilities:

1. Perform network design, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting as part of project implementation.
2. Design and implement security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPNs.
3. Configure and manage routers, switches, access points, and other network devices.
4. Support clients in IT infrastructure planning, including server and storage integration.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to test and validate solutions before deployment.
6. Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to customers or internal teams.
7. Assist in managing data center setups, including servers, backup systems, and virtualization platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud networking.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and management tools.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN and IoT integration.

Ability to draft comprehensive documentation, including network diagrams and user guides

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field.
• Proven experience in network design and IT infrastructure implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF).
• Familiarity with firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless technologies (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Huawei).
• Strong understanding of IT systems, including virtualization, servers, and storage solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, HCNA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
