Job Descriptions:

We seek a skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems that meet the needs of our clients and projects. You will work on various aspects of power generation, transmission, and distribution, as well as explore opportunities to integrate renewable energy solutions.

Objectives of this role

Manage power generation, transmission, and distribution systems.
Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical systems using advanced computer software.
Work with high- and low-voltage equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Integrate renewable energy sources into existing and new electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
Lead the maintenance, inspection, and upgrade programs for electrical installation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design electrical systems using computer-aided design (CAD) and simulation tools.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure they meet design specifications.
Manage and maintain building services, including lighting, heating, and ventilation systems.
Supervise and provide guidance to technicians and craftspeople.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and installations to ensure safety and functionality.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, and reports.
Implement and oversee system upgrade programs to maintain system reliability and efficiency.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical issues on-site.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of Proven experience in designing and managing electrical systems, with a focus on both high- and low-voltage equipment.
Fluent in English, Pashto, and Dari Language, both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of safety regulations, codes, and standards.
Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
Knowledge of renewable energy systems and their integration into electrical grids.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and client liaison skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications

Certification in electrical engineering or related specializations.
Experience with managing building services and renewable energy projects.
Familiarity with system testing protocols and modern inspection methods.
Prior experience in supervising multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
