Purpose of the Position:
To recruit competent and qualified individuals for the role of Deputy Director, playing a key role in managing and advancing all departments and activities of the organization. This includes planning, overseeing, and supporting the various teams in social, agricultural, economic, educational, and other related projects.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1 - Leadership and Management:
Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop the organization’s overall strategies.
Oversee and coordinate all departments of the organization, ensuring effective operation of various units.
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to preparing and implementing short- and long-term organizational goals.
Actively engage in high-level decision-making and provide managerial advice.
2 - Program Development and Implementation:
Contribute to designing and developing new projects based on community needs and organizational objectives.
Support and monitor project implementation to ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
Establish evaluation and monitoring systems to assess project outcomes.
3 - Communication and Coordination:
Strengthen internal communications among different organizational teams.
Establish effective communication with national and international partners to attract financial and technical support.
4 - Resource Management:
Supervise financial and human resource management within the organization.
Collaborate in preparing annual budgets and financial reports for the organization.
5 -Capacity Building:
Organize training programs and capacity-building initiatives for organizational staff.
Support women’s empowerment programs across all departments.
6 -System and Structure Enhancement:
Contribute to improving the administrative and operational structures of the organization to increase efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations in organizational activities.
