Objective
We are seeking a Motion Graphic Designer and Creative Director who will create visually engaging graphics, motion graphics, video content, and visual effects to support our marketing, social media campaigns, and educational videos. This role requires expertise in both static design and dynamic video editing, including visual effects, to produce high-quality visual materials across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts for digital and print materials, including social media posts, brochures, banners, and infographics.
- Produce high-quality graphics in alignment with company branding and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet specifications.
- Video Editing Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce professional video content for social media, websites, advertisements, and educational purposes.
- Manage video projects from concept to completion, including planning, editing, sound design, and color correction.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop scripts, concepts, and storyboards for video content.
- Optimize video content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram).
- Ensure all videos meet quality standards and are delivered within deadlines.
- Motion Graphics and Visual Effects Responsibilities:
- Design and animate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, transitions, and other visual elements.
- Produce 2D/3D animations and visual effects to enhance video content for various platforms.
- Create dynamic visual elements and special effects that align with storytelling and brand identity.
- Integrate motion graphics and visual effects into video content to ensure a cohesive and engaging final product.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and visual effects.
- Content Optimization:
- Adapt content to different social media platforms’ requirements and best practices.
- Edit and optimize videos for clarity, audio quality, and visual appeal.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Keep organized records of assets, drafts, and final versions of all work.
