HealthNet TPO is a Netherlands based not for profit, non-governmental organization founded on the principle that access to affordable quality health care is a basic human right.

In 1992 HealthNet TPO was established by ‘Doctors without Borders’ to bridge the gap between emergency aid and structural development. The organization is now the result of a merger between HealthNet International (HNI) and the Transcultural Psychosocial Organization (TPO). HNI has knowledge and experience in reinforcing healthcare systems and prevention, diagnosis and treatment of transmissible diseases. TPO is an expert in the field of psychosocial and mental health care for survivors of war and natural disasters.  HealthNet TPO Afghanistan is managed by a team of qualified Afghans and supported by a team of experts at the HQ of the organization in Holland.

HealthNet TPO Afghanistan is providing Primary Health Care, Mental Health and psychosocial services, fighting malaria and supporting Mother & Child Health Care in terms of providing training for Community Midwifes and to conduct operation research. HealthNet TPO is currently implementing projects in almost 20 provinces of Afghanistan and the major program it implements are HER (Health Emergency Response) projects in three provinces, Nutrition, Mental Health and Psychosocial, Malaria Control program, Tuberculus....... through a community system strengthening approach.

HealthNet TPO has a zero tolerance toward sexual exploitation and abuse and child abuse. HNITPO takes seriously all concerns and complaints about sexual exploitation and abuse and child abuse involving HNITPO employees and Related Personnel.

Job Descriptions:

2. د روغتون د منظور شوي تشکیل او کاري پلان مطابق د روغتیايي خدماتو د منظم او پر وخت وړاندې کولو ډاډ ترلاسه کول.

3. د ډاکټرانو، نرسانو، قابلګانو او نورو روغتیايي او اداري کارکوونکو د فعالیتونو څارنه او د دندو د اغېزمن ترسره کولو لپاره د هغوی ترمنځ همغږي رامنځته کول.

4. د روغتون د ټولو څانګو د فعالیتونو څارنه او د ناروغانو لپاره د باکیفیته، خوندي او اغېزمنو روغتیايي خدماتو د وړاندې کولو ډاډ ترلاسه کول.

5. د عاجلو ناروغانو د مدیریت، راجع کولو او د اړتیا وړ طبي خدماتو د همغږۍ څارنه.

6. د درملو، طبي وسایلو، تجهیزاتو او نورو اړینو توکو د موجودیت، سم استعمال او ساتنې څارنه.

7. د روغتون د انتان کنټرول، حفظ الصحې، پاکوالي او د ناروغانو او کارکوونکو د خوندیتوب د اصولو د تطبیق څارنه.

8. د روغتون د کارکوونکو د حاضري، کاري نظم، رخصتیو او مسلکي چلند څارنه، د نافذه پالیسیو او اداري اصولو مطابق.

9. د روغتون د مالي، اداري او لوژستیکي چارو د تنظیم او مدیریت په برخه کې د اړوندو مسؤلینو سره همکاري.

10. د روغتون د ورځنیو، میاشتنیو او نورو اړینو فعالیتونو راپورونو چمتو کول او اړوندو ادارو ته یې پر وخت وړاندې کول.

Job Requirements:
  • Should be graduated from recognzized medical faculty with holding the MD degree and successfully pass the exit exam.
  • General Management, HR/personal management, IPC training.
  • Good communication, crowed control, conflict management, good reporting skills, community engagement skills.
  • Good Medical ethics, familiar with cultrually sensitive issues.
