About MMRCA:

The Medical Management and Research Courses Afghanistan (MMRCA) is a national, non-governmental, non-political, non-profit and humanitarian organization, established under No. 1112 dated 14 February 2008 in the Ministry of Economy and under No. 1271 dated 23 the July 2025 has been registered in the Ministry of Public Health of Afghanistan.

MMRCA is awarded for the implementation of Operational support for 50-beds of Kandahar IDH and 50-beds of Nangarhar IDH from WHO, the project duration is for 7 months and 15 days and started from 16^th May 2026.

Through HER Samangan project MMRCA has been providing quality health services to the entire population of the province according to BPHS and EPHS guidelines and MoPH policies/ strategies. These services are providing through 4 DHs, 4 CHCs, 18 BHCs, 24 Sub-centers, 1MHT and 1-prison health center and 3-FHH, Similarly, Sar-e-Pul has a total of 71 HFs including 3-DHs, 9 CHCs, 20 BHCs, 32 PHCs, one MHT, 5 FHHs and one Prison Health Center.

Job Descriptions:

o Responsible to conduct TNA for the training plan at HF level.

o Plan, organize and implement training plan accordingly.

o Develop, arrange and review training on regular base

o Take active part in training session as a trainer.

o Coordination with PPHD and related provincial stakeholders regarding training purpose.

o Supervisory visit from HF after conduction training session.

o Prepare training plan as annual and project level.

o Prepare training report after each conducted training and share with related departments.

o Attend all meeting/workshop that conducted at provincial and regional level.

o Communication and coordination regarding training with PO and HF staff.

o Any other task given by related supervisor.

Job Requirements:

MD (From recognized university)

At least 3-years full time working experience in Capacity Building

o Having MD degree from recognize university.

o Three years’ experience in the relevant portion.

o Be proactive and take initiatives and work independently.

o Ability to prioritize tasks, handle tasks simultaneously, and to work under pressure.

Familiars with Dari, Pashto and necessary English Languages

· Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards within MMRCA and amongst beneficiaries served by MMRCA.
