Key Responsibilities
• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space-planning solutions.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, color schemes, and design
presentations.
• Prepare and review interior drawings and design details.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and interior elements.
• Conduct site visits and monitor interior design implementation when required.
• Prepare 2D/3D visualizations and presentations for property and development
projects.
• Support the Marketing Department with interior design content for property
marketing and promotional materials.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, budget
considerations, and deadlines.
• Research current interior design trends, materials, and market developments.
• Participate in client meetings and present design concepts professionally.
• Coordinate with the project team to resolve design and implementation issues.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a
related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design or a related field.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or property development
projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating completed interior design projects.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior construction.
• Experience working with architects, contractors, engineers, and clients.
Technical Skills
• AutoCAD – required.
• SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar – preferred.
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator – preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prepare professional design presentations and drawings.
