Job Descriptions:

حفظ پاکی، بهداشت و محیط مصئون مرکز صحی مطابق اصول IPC

· وظایف عمومی:

· حفظ پاکی ونظافت تمام ساحات مرکز صحی، شامل اتاق‌ها، دهلیزها، تشناب‌ها و سایر ساحات مربوطه، مطابق معیارهای و رهنمودIPC

· انجام منظم فعالیت‌های پاک‌کاری، شستشو و ضدعفونی سطوح و تجهیزات محیطی با استفاده از مواد و روش‌های تأییدشده.

· استفاده مصئون و درست از مواد شوینده و ضدعفونی‌کننده‌ها، وسایل پاک‌کاری و تجهیزات محافظتی شخصی (PPE).

· جمع‌آوری، تفکیک، انتقال ودفع زباله‌های صحی مطابق رهنمودهای مدیریت زباله‌های صحی و SOP مرکز صحی، با رعایت اصول IPC و مصئونیت.

· مراقبت از وسایل و تجهیزات و انجام سایر وظایف مرتبط که از طرف مسؤول مربوطه سپرده می‌شود.

· وظایف خاص:
پاک‌کاری و ضدعفونی کردن منظم اتاق‌های معاینه، اتاق‌های خدمات صحی، ساحات انتظار و سایر محیط‌های مورد استفاده مراجعین و کارمندان.

· پاک‌کاری فوری سطوح و محیط‌هایی که با خون، ترشحات بدن یا سایر مواد بالقوه عفونی آلوده شده‌اند،مطابق رهنمود وقایه از انتان استفاده از PPE مناسب.

· شست‌وشو و ضدعفونی منظم تشناب‌ها و محل‌های شست‌وشوی دست و اطمینان از پاکی و آماده‌بودن آن‌ها.

· بررسی و گزارش کمبود آب، صابون، مواد ضدعفونی‌کننده و سایر مواد ضروری برای حفظ‌الصحه محیطی.

· تخلیه منظم سطل‌های زباله و انتقال آن‌ها به محل تعیین‌شده، مطابق سیستم تفکیک و مدیریت زباله‌های مرکز صحی.

· پاک‌کاری و ضدعفونی سطوح که تماس مکرر با مراجعین و کارمندان دارند، مانند دستگیره‌ها، میزها، چوکی‌ها، نرده‌ها و سایر سطوح پرتماس.

· همکاری در آماده ‌سازی اتاق‌ها و محیط مرکز صحی برای ارائه خدمات، جلسات، کمپاین‌ها و فعالیت‌های صحی در صورت نیاز.

· اطلاع‌ دهی فوری در مورد هرگونه آلودگی، ریختن مواد خطرناک، مشکلات سیستم آب و فاضلاب، خرابی تشناب‌ها یا سایر مشکلاتی که می‌تواند بر مصئونیت مراجعین و کارمندان تأثیر بگذارد.

· رعایت روش صحیح استفاده، نگهداری و در صورت نیاز رقیق‌سازی مواد شوینده و ضدعفونی‌کننده مطابق دستورالعمل مربوطه.

· پاک‌کاری منظم محوطه، اطراف مرکز صحی و مسیرهای ورودی و خروجی به منظور تأمین محیط پاک، مصئون و مناسب برای مراجعین.

· همکاری با مسئول مرکز صحی در حفظ محیط مناسب برای جلوگیری از انتشار انتانات و تأمین خدمات صحی با کیفیت.

گزارش هرگونه مشکل، نیاز به ترمیم، کمبود مواد و تجهیزات یا سایر موارد مرتبط به مسئول مستقیم

Job Requirements:

مدارک تحصیلی و ضروریات کاری :

· از صنف ۱۲ فارغ شده و یا حداقل توانایی خواندن و نوشتن داشته باشد،

· داشتن حد اقل یک سال تجربه کاری مرتبط

سایر مهارت ها :

· توانایی نوشتن و خواندن مهارت های زبان محلی (پشتو ودری) داشته باشد

· باید یک همکار تیمی با مهارت های بین فردی عالی و توانایی کار تحت فشار در یک محیط پر تنش , را داشته و صبور،باشد.

· قدرت افهام و تفهیم به زبان های مروج در محل

· توانايي حداقل خواندن ونوشتن راداشته باشد

صادق، راستکار و قابل اعتماد باشد.
