2. Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Evaluation Duties
· Develop and implement project monitoring and evaluation frameworks, plans, and tools.
· Collect, verify, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from field activities.
· Conduct regular monitoring visits to project sites and provide feedback to staff.
· Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting.
· Support preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
· Document lessons learned, best practices, and success stories.
· Provide technical support and capacity building to project staff on M&E practices.
· Maintain organized filing systems for M&E data and reports.
· Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and safeguarding standards.
Coordination & Communication
· Work closely with program teams to integrate M&E into project planning and implementation.
· Support project management in decision-making through evidence-based recommendations.
· Coordinate with external stakeholders, partners, and donors on M&E matters when required.
· Contribute to organizational learning and knowledge management initiatives.
3. Reporting Line
· Reports directly to Program/Project Manager
· Provides technical input to senior management and donor reporting units
4. Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation with NGOs/INGOs.
· Strong knowledge of M&E methodologies, tools, and data management systems.
· Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis software.
· Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Fluency in Pashto/Dari; working knowledge of English is preferred.
