2. Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
· Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day project activities.
· Ensure project implementation is aligned with work plans, budgets, and donor requirements.
· Supervise project staff and provide guidance to ensure effective performance.
· Facilitate coordination among departments (Finance, HR, Logistics, M&E) for smooth project operations.
· Monitor progress against project objectives and timelines.
Monitoring & Reporting
· Track project indicators and ensure timely data collection and reporting.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and final project reports for management and donors.
· Document lessons learned, challenges, and success stories.
· Ensure compliance with organizational and donor reporting standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
· Liaise with government authorities, NGOs, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
· Represent the organization in coordination meetings and forums.
· Promote collaboration and partnerships to strengthen project impact.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
· Ensure adherence to organizational policies, donor regulations, and safeguarding standards.
· Monitor quality of project activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
· Uphold accountability, transparency, and ethical standards in all project operations.
3. Reporting Line
· Reports directly to Project Manager
· Coordinates closely with technical advisors and support departments
4. Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination/management with NGOs/INGOs.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Experience in donor compliance and reporting.
· Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
· Fluency in English and local languages (Pashto/Dari).
