About ANRCC:

Afghanistan National Re-Construction Coordination (ANRCC) is professionally managed committed Afghan, non-governmental, non-political and non-profit development-oriented organization. It was established in 1994 to meet the dire needs of vulnerable Afghan refugees and internally displaced families at the time of civil war and factional fighting followed by Soviet Union’s invasion of the country and troops withdrawal in early 1990’s. Earlier it was registered with UN Coordination Body for Afghanistan in Pakistan. Presently ANRCC is registered with Ministry of Economy under registration number 117.

ANRCC head office is located in Kabul city whereas for successful outreach and effective implementation of projects in targeted areas, it has regional office in Kandahar with provincial offices in Ghazni, Zabul, Uruzgan, Helmand, Farah, Nimroz, Parwan, Nanagerhar and Paktia.  ANRCC has skilled experienced, qualified professional staff who have capacity and competence involved to all the desired activities that promotes the goal and objective of the organization. Moreover, ANRCC's staffs are all well versed with local areas, their cultures and social norms with strong trust among the community including tribal elders, Shuras, civil society and government authorities. Job Descriptions:

A Project Manager is responsible for overseeing operations at project implementation sites and outside field locations. The Project Manager inspects the stability of the construction project and ensure the adequacy of staff to support the project development. He/ She will report to the Urozgan Office In charge or his nominee and will be mainly responsible for overall project outcome at the provincial level.  A Project Manager is responsible for overseeing operations at project implementation sites and outside field locations. Job Requirements:
  • With Coordination of involved stake holder, prepare comprehensive action plan and follow the target achievement.
  • Coordinate the field activities between the provincial offices and Provincial Incharge.
  • Solve the problems, if any, of project staff with community and district authority
  • Check the quality of work of different project interventions
  • Make sure that relevant staff understand the objectives of ANCC-Program strategy and all interventions and activities carried out accordingly.
  • Correspond to Regional/Program Management upon need or request;
  • Supervise and make sure that the activities in field office are running smoothly and there is close internal co-operation and coordination among field staff.
  • Make sure that the output and target of the project is achieved according to the approved proposal.
  • Ensure that the relevant communities are functioning well and participating in all project activities
  • Ensure the quality of materials purchased in the region are according to the standards before supplying;
  • Ensure processing of renting vehicles, equipment and house in the field are according to the procedure.
  • Highly having command on written and verbal reporting
  • Represent functions towards partners and local authorities
  • Any other task assigned by the Program Director or Provincial Manager.
