Job Purpose
The Hybrid Vehicle Repair & Maintenance Trainer will provide practical and technical training to beneficiaries on the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of hybrid vehicles, enabling trainees to develop marketable technical skills and employment or self-employment opportunities

Key Responsibilities
prepare training curriculum for trainees
Conduct theoretical and practical training according to the approved curriculum and training plan.
Train beneficiaries on the basic operation and components of hybrid vehicle systems.
Provide practical training on hybrid engines, electric motors, batteries, charging systems, inverters, converters, and related components.
Train beneficiaries on vehicle inspection, fault identification, diagnostics, maintenance, and basic repair.
Demonstrate proper use of diagnostic scanners, multimeters, mechanical tools, and workshop equipment.
Train beneficiaries on conventional vehicle systems relevant to hybrid vehicles, including engines, brakes, cooling, electrical, and transmission systems.
Ensure strict application of electrical, battery, workshop, and personal safety procedures.
Teach preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
Guide trainees on proper handling and maintenance of hybrid batteries and electrical components.
Maintain training tools, equipment, and practical materials in good condition.
Prepare lesson plans and practical exercises.
Maintain beneficiary attendance, assessment, and training records.
Assess trainees’ theoretical knowledge and practical competencies.
Submit regular training progress and activity reports.
Perform other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.
