Job Descriptions:

We are seeking qualified, dedicated, and full-time English Language Teachers and Computer Trainers to join our academic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, preparing lesson plans and training materials, assessing and monitoring students’ progress, and creating a positive and engaging learning environment. English Language Teachers will deliver comprehensive English language courses, while Computer Trainers will provide practical instruction in computer programs and short courses such as CIT, DIT, MS Office, Windows, and other relevant applications. Candidates should demonstrate strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, professionalism, and a commitment to students’ academic and practical development.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

English Language Teacher

  1. Deliver English language lessons according to the approved curriculum and course objectives.
  2. Prepare daily lesson plans and teaching materials for effective classroom instruction.
  3. Teach English language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
  4. Use appropriate teaching methods and activities to meet students’ different learning needs.
  5. Encourage students to actively participate in classroom discussions and activities.
  6. Conduct regular quizzes, tests, assignments, and examinations to assess students’ progress.
  7. Evaluate students’ performance and maintain accurate academic records.
  8. Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students when needed.
  9. Create a positive, respectful, and motivating classroom environment.
  10. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective student engagement.
  11. Develop and use supplementary teaching materials, exercises, and activities.
  12. Encourage students to improve their communication and practical English-speaking skills.
  13. Monitor students’ attendance, participation, and overall academic progress.
  14. Participate in teacher meetings, training sessions, workshops, and academic activities.
  15. Coordinate with the academic administration regarding student performance, course progress, and other educational matters.

Computer Trainer

  1. Deliver computer training courses according to the approved curriculum and training schedule. (CIT, DIT, etc…)
  2. Teach basic and advanced computer skills, including MS Office, Windows, internet, and other relevant software.
  3. Prepare lesson plans, training materials, exercises, and practical assignments.
  4. Conduct practical, hands-on training sessions in the computer laboratory.
  5. Explain technical concepts clearly and according to students’ learning levels.
  6. Monitor students’ progress and provide additional support when necessary.
  7. Prepare and administer quizzes, tests, practical exams, and assignments.
  8. Evaluate students’ performance and maintain accurate academic records.
  9. Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of computers and training equipment.
  10. Troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems during training sessions.
  11. Maintain discipline and create a positive and productive learning environment.
  12. Encourage students to develop practical computer skills through regular exercises and projects.
  13. Keep training materials and course content updated according to current technology and software developments.
  14. Provide guidance and feedback to students regarding their learning progress and skill development.
  15. Coordinate with the academic and management teams regarding class schedules, student performance, and training activities.
Job Requirements:

English Language Teacher Job Requirements

  1. High school graduate (having bachelor’s or master’s is an advantage)
  2.   Proven experience in teaching English language courses is preferred.
  3.  Strong command of English language skills, including speaking, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
  4.   Ability to teach students at different proficiency levels.
  5.  Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
  6.  Ability to prepare effective lesson plans and teaching materials.
  7.  Familiarity with modern and interactive teaching methodologies.
  8.  Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  9.  Ability to assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
  10. Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and commitment.
  11. Ability to work effectively as part of an academic team.

Computer Trainer Job Requirements

  1.   Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma/certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2.    Proven experience in teaching computer short courses is preferred.
  3.    Strong knowledge of computer fundamentals, Windows, MS Office, internet, and other relevant software.
  4.    Ability to teach courses such as CIT, DIT, and other computer training programs.
  5.   Strong practical knowledge of computer hardware and basic troubleshooting.
  6.    Ability to prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, and training materials.
  7.   Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to students at different levels.
  8.    Strong classroom and laboratory management skills.
  9.    Familiarity with current computer technologies and software applications.
  10.  Ability to assess students through practical assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
  11. Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  12.  Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and commitment.
  13.  Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  14.  Willingness to continuously update technical knowledge and teaching skills.
  15.  Willingness to work full-time according to the organization’s schedule.
