Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support & Deployment (Hands-on Work)
· Install and configure routers, switches, servers, and wireless access points (WAPs).
· Set up and connect PTP Radios, PTMP Radios, and antennas (MikroTik, Ubiquiti airFiber, RocketDish, Tenda, TP-Link).
· Prepare the initial technical setup and build new ISP networks from the start in each province.
· Fix difficult technical problems on-site or remotely when regular technicians need help.
· Do routine maintenance and check network equipment to stop internet down-time.
· Work with the NOC team and core engineering team to solve major network issues.
2. Team Leadership & Supervision
· Lead, manage, and train all ISP technicians working in the provinces.
· Give daily tasks and schedules to the provincial technician teams.
· Check the quality of work done by technicians to ensure it meets company standards.
· Make sure all technicians follow safety rules and company procedures during site visits.
3. Reporting & Operations
· Travel repeatedly to different provinces to supervise work and do installations.
· Report directly to the manager about provincial project updates and team performance.
· Write clear documents about new installations, network setups, and troubleshooting steps.
· Check equipment inventory and tell the warehouse team what materials the provinces need.
