Job Descriptions:

Online Nursing Trainer

  • Deliver comprehensive online lectures covering nursing fundamentals, patient care, and clinical practices.
  • Design and share structured course materials, assignments, and interactive assessments.
  • Provide mentorship to learners, focusing on practical skills and ethical standards in healthcare.
  • Support Afghan women and youth in building confidence and competence in nursing.
  • Demonstrate practical techniques using digital tools and case-based learning.
  • Guide learners on modern practices, patient safety, and community oral health awareness.
  • Encourage students to apply theoretical knowledge in simulated clinical scenarios.
Job Requirements:

Education: Minimum High school degree (14 degree or bachelor preferred).

Experience: Prior teaching, training, or professional practice in the subject area.

Technical Skills: Ability to deliver online classes using digital platforms (Zoom & Google Meet).

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Pashto, Dari and English.

Teaching Ability: Capacity to design structured lessons, assignments, and assessments for remote learners.

Adaptability: Comfortable with online teaching methods and flexible to adjust to learners’ needs.

Ethics & Integrity: Commitment to BEF policies, confidentiality and respectful engagement with students.

Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with BEF staff and contribute to program development
