* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, International Trade, or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years of professional experience in freight forwarding, international transit, transportation, logistics, or a closely related field.
* Strong practical knowledge of Afghanistan’s transit and freight forwarding sector.
* Experience with Central Asian and regional transportation corridors is highly preferred.
* Good understanding of customs procedures, border transit, shipping documentation, and international cargo transportation.
* Experience working with international freight forwarders, transport companies, customs agents, and logistics partners.
* Strong negotiation and rate-analysis skills.
* Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple international shipments simultaneously.
* Good computer, Microsoft Office, email, and reporting skills.
* Good command of English is required.
* Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto is required.
* Knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
