Job Descriptions:
  1.       Lead and manage the Post-Production Team, ensuring that all video and animation projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  2.       Supervise and mentor team members to maintain consistent creative standards.
  3.       Create 3D designs and visualizations for Afghan Wireless retail stores, ensuring accurate branding and realistic presentation.
  4.       Design, animate, and render 3D content using Autodesk Maya, Blender, and Cinema 4D.
  5.       Produce and edit high-quality advertising videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
  6.       Create and manage visual assets in Photoshop and Illustrator, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
  7.       Direct filming sessions, plan shots, supervise lighting, and manage production crews if required.
  8.       Develop animation concepts and visual styles for marketing campaigns.
  9.       Oversee the color grading, sound design, and final quality control of all media outputs.
  10.       Coordinate with the marketing department to align visual production with campaign objectives.
  11.       Ensure a smooth workflow between pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
  12. Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements:
  1.       Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related creative field (Master’s degree is preferred).
  2.       Must have 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years of experience in a senior or managerial role in the relevant field. (4 years’ experience for a master's degree).
  3.       Fluent in one of the local languages (Dari, Pashto) and English (written and spoken).
  4.       Advanced proficiency in relevant software, tools, and technology specific to the role (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Cinema 4D, Blender, Autodesk Maya, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Media Encoder).
  5.       Strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  6.       Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver high-quality results.
  7.       Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and lead the team through transitions and challenges effectively.
  8.       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9.       Ability to work under pressure.
  10.       Able to travel to other provinces and work extra hours.
  11.       Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address and resolve complex issues.
  12. Follow the company's rules and policies.
