Job Descriptions:

The Training Coordinator will lead the coordination and delivery of the integrated vocational and humanitarian resilience training program Humanitarian Resilience and Response Initiative (HER-Teams). The role ensures effective training delivery, supervision of trainers, quality control, and documentation in line with H-HERO's protection-sensitive and safeguarding standards.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in training coordination, vocational education, or community-based capacity building, preferably with livelihood programs.
Proficiency in Pashto and/or Dari; working knowledge of English is required.
