Way of Hope to Life Organization (WHLO) is a non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental organization founded by 2002 by a group of Afghan intellectuals and youth with a shared vision of creating meaningful empowerment and a brighter future for Afghan communities. WHLO is officially registered with the ministry of economy under registration number 480.

Over the 23 years, WHLO has successfully implemented more than 250 projects across Afghanistan in the areas of: Education, Health, Food Security & Livelihood, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and Community Development.

Job Descriptions:

Job Summary:

 

The CEFC Facilitator leads the implementation and management of systems to collect, analyze, and respond to feedback from the communities we serve.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  •            Strengthen community engagement and feedback systems to improve communication with communities.
  •          Train frontline staff to collect, manage, and respond to community feedback effectively.
  •          Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress, follow up on findings, and support implementation.
  •          Keep accurate project records and ensure feedback is properly documented, reviewed, and addressed on time.
  •          Coordinate with provincial stakeholders, key influencers, religious leaders, and community elders on project issues.
  •          Collect, analyse, and report project data regularly, while sharing feedback and progress updates with the project team.
  •          Other duties will be assigned by the line manager.
  •          To carry out the responsibilities of the role in a way which reflects WHLO's commitment to protecting children in accordance with the Child Safeguarding Policy.
Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications and Experiences: 

·         University degree in social sciences or a related field.

·         At least 3 years of experience in community engagement, feedback, monitoring, or similar work with NGOs/INGOs.

·         Fluent in Pashto and Dari, with good written and spoken English.

·         Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills, with respect for local culture and traditions.
