• Manage e& Afghanistan indirect sales business through assigned sales channels, including EDS, DRM, Afghan Post, Distributors, Facilitators, Retailers, Dealers, e& money, and Franchise operations across the country.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and long-term growth initiatives for all indirect sales channels to drive revenue, expand market coverage, and strengthen the Mass Market business.
• Prepare professional presentations, business proposals, memos, contracts, and PowerPoint presentations to support the objectives of the Indirect Sales Department.
• Guide and support all indirect sales channels and the assigned Indirect Sales team, particularly Franchise, EDS, Distributors, Facilitators, and Dealers, to maximize market reach, penetration, and e& Money sales.
• Monitor the availability, distribution, and visibility of e& Afghanistan products, including SIM cards, Electronic Top-Up, Scratch Cards, and other products, across all indirect sales channels, and proactively address potential shortages.
• Build and maintain productive business relationships with existing and prospective indirect sales partners to strengthen channel development, enhance competitiveness, and increase market share.
• Ensure compliance with e& Afghanistan policies, procedures, operational standards, and corporate values across all assigned indirect sales channels and teams.
• Monitor competitors' activities, market movements, and industry trends, and communicate key insights to management and relevant stakeholders to facilitate timely business decisions.
• Ensure the effective placement, maintenance, and visibility of merchandising and point-of-sale (POS) materials across the market.
• Coordinate the accurate preparation and submission of contractual and supporting documentation for EDS, Afghan Post, DRM, Distributors, Facilitators, Retailers, and Dealers with the Legal, Government Relations, and Human Resources departments to ensure compliance with ATRA regulations and applicable laws.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to regional Indirect Sales staff, including Kabul, to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and sales performance.
• Update indirect sales channels with product knowledge, sales promotions, and policy changes to improve customer engagement and revenue generation.
• Conduct training programs for EDS, Afghan Post, DRM, and other indirect sales agents to improve product awareness, service quality, and sales performance nationwide.
• Organize sales campaigns, promotional events, and micro-marketing activities at new and upgraded sites, major cities, public gatherings, and other strategic locations to increase customer awareness and product availability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including Finance, Legal, Government Relations, IT, Business Support, Sales Support, Direct Sales, Enterprise Sales, Administration, and Human Resources, to resolve operational issues and ensure business continuity.
• Drive revenue growth and sales performance by ensuring customers receive efficient, accessible, and high-quality services through all indirect sales channels, particularly the Franchise Project, while ensuring compliance with ATRA rules and regulatory requirements.
