o Provision of female OPD services and community awareness of diseases and vaccines.
o Performing regular examinations on patients to diagnose various gynecological conditions.
o Providing Antenatal, postnatal, family planning and in case base delivery services.
o Educating patients on reproductive health issues and disease prevention.
o Familiarity with the MoPH health services policies and guidelines.
o Considering the treatment need of patients, writing appropriate prescriptions.
o Maintaining patients' confidentiality and respecting their human dignity.
o Diagnose and prescribe in accordance to the National Standard Treatment Guidelines (NSTG).
o Ensure rational use of medicine.
o The proper registration of patients’ information.
o Providing patients with information on medication usage and recommendations for follow-up visits.
o Examining patients and referring complicated cases to the high level of health facilities.
o Reporting health information by using standardized HMIS forms.
o Submitting monthly RMNCH and female OPD reports to the health camp in charge.
o Participation in the meeting with the mother-to-mother support groups.
o Provide strong support to vaccinators, assistants, and social mobilizers for the provision of immunization services and ensure that a maximum of U5 children receive OPV services and a significant improvement in the number of reversals.
o Close coordination for the improvement and quality of care with the health facility staff.
o Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
