Job Descriptions:

As the Operations Manager, this role will oversee the end-to-end logistics and delivery operations of DARA.af. Leading a dedicated operations team, the Operations Manager will collaborate closely with vendors, delivery agents, and internal departments to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire order lifecycle, from processing and inventory control to last-mile delivery
  • Develop and maintain operational workflows, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics
  • Negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize costs and service levels
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve daily and long-term goals
  • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
  • Coordinate with customer support to resolve delivery issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Lead regular meetings with vendors and suppliers to review performance, address issues, and strengthen partnerships
Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (e-commerce preferred)

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
