Job Descriptions:

The Senior HR Officer is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function of the organization. The position oversees all HR operations, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR administration, and compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. The Senior HR Officer serves as the primary HR focal point, provides strategic and operational HR support to management, supervises HR staff where applicable, and ensures that HR initiatives contribute to the achievement of the organization's goals.

Job Requirements:

Additional Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate HR staff and provide guidance on HR matters.
  • Advise senior management on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Prepare and manage the HR department's annual work plan and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the HR Department in management meetings and organizational committees.
  • Lead HR projects, change management initiatives, and organizational development activities.
  • Prepare strategic HR reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion
