• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Law, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in case management or protection programming in humanitarian settings.
• Proven experience in coordinating inter-agency networks or working groups.
• Experience working with PCM cases, including persons with disabilities, elderly individuals, and survivors of abuse, is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of case management processes, including assessment, planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Expertise in building and managing networks or inter-agency collaborations.
• Familiarity with national and international protection standards, including protection guidelines.
• Fluent in Dari and Pashto. Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Empathy and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to build trust and rapport with vulnerable populations.
• Commitment to ARAA and protection principles, including confidentiality and respect for beneficiary dignity.
