Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related disciplines is required. Candidates possessing a Master’s degree in relevant fields will be considered an asset and given priority during the selection and recruitment process.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 5–10 years of progressive professional experience in the Information Technology (IT) sector, with demonstrated capacity in leading and managing technical teams, as well as a proven track record of planning, executing, and overseeing large-scale IT projects within reputable public, private, or non-governmental organizations, including both profit and non-profit sectors.
Comprehensive expertise in Information Technology (IT) hardware and software systems, with demonstrated ability to effectively operate, configure, manage, and support related technologies and enterprise systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in Pashto, Dari, and English, including strong written and verbal communication skills in all three languages to support effective organizational communication and reporting.
