Job Descriptions:

UA Telecom, a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Afghanistan, is expanding its commercial operations to strengthen customer acquisition, enterprise connectivity, and digital brand presence across regional markets.

We are seeking high-performing, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join our growing organization.

SALES & Marketing DIVISION

1. Digital Sales & Marketing Executive – (Female Only)

Relevant Experience: 1–3 Years (Sales / Call Center / Customer engagement Preferred)

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing inbound digital leads, engaging prospective customers through social media and online channels, promoting UA Telecom services, and converting inquiries into active customers. The role also includes social media management and coordination with Sales and Technical teams for lead handover, quotations, site visits, and service activation.

Key Responsibilities:

    •       Manage and respond to inbound digital leads and customer inquiries
    •       Engage customers via social media, phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms
    •       Promote UA Telecom products, services, and offers
    •       Identify customer needs and qualify sales opportunities
    •       Maintain structured follow-up for conversion and customer acquisition
    •       Handle social media management and content support.
    • Coordinate with Field Sales and Technical teams for:
      •       Site surveys
      •       Technical assessments
      •       Quotations and service activation
    •       Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities
    •       Ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery coordination

2. Sales Officer (Male) – Kabul, Kandahar, Mazar-e-Sharif

Relevant Experience: 1–3 Years

Role Overview:

Responsible for field-based sales operations, customer acquisition, and promotion of ISP connectivity solutions across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

    •       Conduct field visits to acquire new customers
    •       Promote internet and enterprise connectivity solutions
    •       Develop and manage sales pipeline and leads
    •       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
    •       Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
    •       Coordinate with technical teams for installation and service delivery

3. Sales Supervisor (Male) – Kabul, Kandahar, Mazar-e-Sharif

Relevant Experience: 3–5 Years

Role Overview:

Responsible for supervising sales operations, leading sales teams, and ensuring achievement of revenue and business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

    •       Lead and supervise sales team performance
    •       Own team targets, revenue achievement, and pipeline growth
    •       Monitor KPIs and ensure sales discipline
    •       Train, coach, and develop sales staff
    •       Conduct field supervision and client engagement support
    •       Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
    •       Manage key enterprise and high-value customer accounts

4. Social Media & Graphic Designer – Kabul (Head Office)

Relevant Experience: 3–5 Years

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing UA Telecom’s digital presence and developing creative marketing content to support brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

    •       Design visual content for digital and print platforms
    •       Manage social media platforms and content strategy
    •       Execute digital advertising campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
    •       Create engaging creative content (graphics, videos, motion designs)
    •       Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
    •       Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics
    •       Support marketing activities that drive customer acquisition
Job Requirements:

Sales Roles:

    • Strong communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills
    • Ability to manage structured follow-ups and high-volume customer interactions
    • Ability to work under pressure in field environment
    • Proven ability to engage customers and convert inquiries into successful outcomes
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
    • Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
    • Field adaptability for outdoor/operational environments (where applicable)
    • Understanding of solution-based selling for telecom/internet services

Graphic/ Digital Media Role:

    •       Ability to create platform-optimized content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
    •       Experience in managing digital campaigns focused on engagement, reach, and lead generation
    •       Understanding of brand storytelling, content psychology, and audience targeting principles
    •       Ability to produce both static and short-form video content aligned with marketing goals.
    •       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
    •       Experience in social media management and digital campaigns
    •       Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability
    • Proficiency in digital communication tools (social media platforms, messaging apps, and online channels) for lead engagement and customer interaction management.

General Requirements (Basic Eligibility):

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
    • Fluency in Dari and Pashto
    • Working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
    • Ability to work in structured corporate environment
    • Telecom / ISP/service industry experience preferred
