Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or logistics, preferably with NGOs.
- Experience working with donor‑funded projects (UNDP, WFP, NCA etc.) is an asset.
- Experience implementing safeguarding or compliance policies is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, market assessment, and vendor management.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and audit‑ready records.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance.
Behavioral Competencies

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Such actions are in direct violation of the universally recognized norms, values, principles, and standards that form the foundation of our organization. The responsibility of safeguarding against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) lies with everyone, and all potential candidates must adhere to ASIO’s PSEA Policy without exception. Consequently, candidates under consideration will be subjected to thorough reference and background checks concerning any past incidents of sexual exploitation and abuse.
