Position Summary:

The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality motion graphics, animations, video edits, and visual content for digital and broadcast platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with the creative and production teams to transform concepts into compelling visual stories while maintaining high creative and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, 2D animations, and visual effects for commercials, social media, corporate videos, documentaries, promotional films, and awareness campaigns.
• Create engaging animated content for digital marketing campaigns, presentations, websites, and multimedia projects.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts based on project requirements.
• Animate logos, titles, infographics, typography, and other visual elements.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit video content using industry-standard software.
• Apply motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, color correction, and sound synchronization.
• Collaborate with videographers, producers, and editors throughout post-production.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Graphic Design

• Design static visual assets, including social media graphics, branding materials, brochures, presentations, banners, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure designs are consistent with client branding and project objectives.
• Prepare artwork for digital and print production.

Collaboration & Project Coordination

• Work closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to understand client requirements.
• Manage multiple design and animation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders into final deliverables.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, animation techniques, and emerging creative technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, graphic design, or multimedia production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a media production company, advertising agency, or creative studio.
• Knowledge of 3D animation software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Experience with character animation, visual effects (VFX), or UI animation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
