Job Descriptions:

BELSS is seeking a qualified and experienced Finance & Administration Manager to lead the organization’s financial and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, treasury management, internal controls, audit coordination, asset management, office administration, and organizational compliance.

The position plays a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations, and strengthening financial and administrative systems across BELSS operations.

Job Requirements:

• Lead and oversee all finance and administration functions of BELSS.
• Prepare annual budgets, project budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Supervise accounting operations, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage payroll, taxation, vendor payments, and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Afghan financial regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Manage office administration, assets, inventories, and facilities.
• Supervise finance and administration staff.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic planning.
• Ensure efficient documentation, record keeping, and reporting systems.
