Job Descriptions:

A field sales (or representative) is responsible for building brand awareness and driving sales through direct, face-to-face engagement with customers. The role blends marketing strategy with on-the-ground execution, requiring strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

A field sales agent typically works closely with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns in specific regions. Their duties include:

  • Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and manage field marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.

  • Customer Engagement: Interact directly with consumers at events, trade shows, or retail locations to promote products/services.

  • Brand Promotion: Distribute marketing collateral (brochures, samples, merchandise) and explain product benefits.

  • Event Management: Organize and attend promotional events, trade shows, and community activities.

  • Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and gather customer feedback.

  • Collaboration: Work with sales teams, vendors, and partners to maximize campaign impact.

  • Reporting: Track expenses, campaign performance, and provide regular updates to management.

Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (some roles accept equivalent experience).

  • Experience: 2–5 years in marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles; senior positions may require 8+ years.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Knowledge of marketing strategies, digital tools, and CRM systems

    • Ability to analyze metrics and campaign performance.

    • Creativity in designing promotional activities.

    • Organizational skills for managing multiple events and campaigns.
