Job Descriptions:

A warehouse keeper is responsible for managing the storage, organization, and movement of goods within a warehouse. It’s a role that blends physical work with careful record-keeping and coordination. Here are the main responsibilities:

📦 Key Duties

Receiving goods: Checking deliveries against invoices, inspecting for damage, and logging items into inventory systems.
Storage management: Organizing products in the warehouse for easy access, often using shelving, pallets, or automated systems.
Inventory control: Keeping track of stock levels, conducting regular counts, and reporting shortages or surpluses.
Dispatching orders: Preparing goods for shipment, packaging them securely, and coordinating with transport teams.
Safety & maintenance: Ensuring the warehouse is clean, safe, and compliant with regulations (e.g., fire safety, handling hazardous materials).

Job Requirements:

Attention to detail (to avoid errors in stock management).
Physical stamina (lifting, moving, and organizing goods).
Basic computer literacy (using inventory software).
Communication skills (working with suppliers, drivers, and colleagues).
Problem-solving (handling missing items, damaged goods, or logistical delays).
