* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Accounting Supervisor role.
* Proven experience working with trading, manufacturing, industrial, or multi-branch companies.
* Strong ability to analyze, design, implement, and improve accounting systems.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Internal Controls.
* Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing Cost Accounting systems for trading, cold storage, and poultry processing/slaughterhouse operations.
* Ability to prepare financial reports, technical documentation, policies, and procedures.
* Strong leadership, team management, and branch coordination skills.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
