Job Descriptions:

Lead strategic planning, implementation, supervision, and quality assurance of health and nutrition programs including primary healthcare, maternal and child health, nutrition, MHPSS, emergency health response, and community health initiatives.
Oversee project planning, staffing, budgeting, donor compliance, technical coordination, and monitoring systems.
Supervise health coordinators, supervisors, and field teams.
Ensure integration of safeguarding, gender equality, disability inclusion, accountability, and protection principles into health programming. Coordinate with Ministry of Public Health, clusters, UN agencies, and donors.
Lead proposal development, donor reporting, technical assessments, and emergency preparedness planning.

Job Requirements:

Medical degree or Master’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Health Management, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of senior health programming experience.
Strong understanding of humanitarian health and nutrition systems.
Experience managing donor-funded projects and technical teams.
English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent.
