Job Descriptions:

Support implementation of beneficiary management and feedback systems with particular attention to women, girls, and vulnerable populations.
Receive complaints, feedback, and referrals confidentially and respectfully.
Conduct beneficiary awareness sessions and support safeguarding and accountability initiatives.
Ensure protection-sensitive communication and referral pathways are maintained.
Support post-distribution monitoring and beneficiary satisfaction assessments.
Maintain records and reporting documentation.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accountability, protection, or humanitarian response activities.
Experience working with women and vulnerable groups preferred.
Strong communication skills.
