Job Descriptions:

Manage storage, receipt, dispatch, tracking, and documentation of food commodities, NFIs, and emergency supplies within warehouses and distribution sites.
Maintain stock records, bin cards, inventory registers, and warehouse documentation.
Conduct physical stock verification and ensure proper storage conditions, safety procedures, and inventory control systems are maintained.
Coordinate loading, unloading, and dispatch processes.
Report stock discrepancies, damages, losses, or operational risks.
Support compliance with donor warehouse and inventory management requirements.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or vocational training preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of warehouse or inventory management experience.
Basic documentation and recordkeeping skills.
Experience in humanitarian supply chain operations preferred.
