Job Descriptions:

Manage implementation of emergency response projects including food assistance, cash distribution, NFI support, rapid response activities, and humanitarian interventions.
Develop implementation plans, budgets, procurement requests, staffing plans, and distribution schedules. Supervise field teams and ensure timely implementation of emergency activities.
Monitor project progress against targets and donor requirements. Coordinate beneficiary registration, verification, distributions, monitoring activities, and reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with humanitarian principles, safeguarding, accountability, and protection standards.
Conduct field monitoring visits, risk assessments, and stakeholder coordination meetings.
Support donor reporting, audits, evaluations, and emergency preparedness activities.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Humanitarian Affairs, Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of emergency response project management experience.
Strong budgeting, coordination, and reporting skills.
Experience managing food security or cash-based interventions preferred.
